Clerks
The amount depends on each model, on the SE-S300 it's 50 Clerks.
Each Address is for each Clerk, and its name on the SE-S300 is limited to only 24 characters.
The default name of each PLU is "C>Clerk's number<", for example Clerk number 5 is named as "C05".
